We’re using up their facilities, using their tools and boxes. They’re investing in us for a full month to ensure they get back what they’re giving us. I think they’re doing a great job finishing off the schooling here, which spans four years.

Dave informed me about the three levels of electricians: The Apprentice, Journeyman, and Master. Even after the four years, he mentioned that I can possibly become a Master Electrician by taking the test then and there, without going through an intermediate step. Hopefully, by around 2025, I can become a Master Electrician.
