But, as far as perking up, bending conduit, and that’s what we’re going through right now is learning to bend conduit because that, to me, that’s the first thing. It’s the most important thing for me to teach them when they get here. I mean, we’re working on a new curriculum right now too, so things are kind of changing, but we’re editing, if you will. Yeah, and I’m trying to put it into a pattern that we can use but also have a standard set of things for them to do, so that we can, everybody gets the same thing. It works.

That way, like I said, it’s all about building each other. We don’t want to see somebody struggling. Right now, that’s what they’re doing. They’re all over there helping them. We’re not going to let him struggle. We’re not letting them fall behind. We’re going to make sure you stay with them.
