We have that fast track program, but in solar, it feels like it’s double fast, you know? It’s fast. When I first joined, it was LED, so then I got to learn a lot of the cool stuff with that. I went and did a panel right in the beginning; I was probably only like four months in. I got to learn stuff so fast on the Solar side.

Now I’m slinging panels and learning about DC. I didn’t even know that was a thing; I just knew AC at that point. It’s the fast track, you know? I love how quickly it goes. It’s so relatively new, yet there’s still so much that could be done in the future. It’s just taken down until the new innovation comes out, really.
