Design/assist from the ground up construction of a three-story hospital with a primary care clinic, materials management and central utility plant on the 1st floor, an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) on the 2nd floor, and a heated only shell on the 3rd floor in the south building. Includes a two-story connector containing central registration, lab, pharmacy and food service. The north building contains an ortho clinic and rehab on the 1st floor and radiology, urgent care, breast imaging center and multi-specialty clinic on the 2nd floor. Scope included all electrical, communication, nurse call, queuing, intercom/paging in project construction areas. Complete fire alarm/mass notification system for entire hospital. Complete new service and medium voltage feeds, outside plant fiber.
