Barts Electric, a national electrical construction contractor, is proud to celebrate its 30th anniversary. In a recent video, the team gathered at Lake Viking to reflect on the journey, share stories, and showcase the vibrant community that has evolved over the past three decades.

A Family Affair: Then and Now

The video begins by highlighting the transformation of Barts Electric over the years. Paul, a longstanding member of the team, reminisces about the early days and notes the significant growth not only in the company but also in his personal life. What started as a tight-knit crew has expanded into a larger family, with more kids now part of the Barts Electric community.

The scenes capture the essence of the company’s culture, emphasizing camaraderie, shared experiences, and the joy of spending time together. The lake serves as a backdrop for tubing, boating, and picnics โ€“ a testament to the bonds formed within the Barts Electric family.

Meet the Next Generation: Barts Electric Apprenticeship Program

Amidst the celebration, the video introduces the next generation of electricians. The smalls, as they affectionately call them, represent the future of Barts Electric. A highlight is the presence of five Palmers on the boat, showcasing the commitment to passing down skills and values to the upcoming workforce.

Barts Electric takes pride in being more than just a company; it’s a family that cares for and appreciates each other. The legacy of longevity is compared to compound interest in a 401k โ€“ an investment in the people that has paid off over the years.

Building Careers: Join Barts Electric as an Apprentice or Journeyman

The video features Bill, who joined Barts Electric in 1998, and Matt, a member since 2000. They emphasize the family-like atmosphere, noting that the company has been built together and has stood the test of time. Matt Burlson, highlighted as one of the best people builders in the company, reflects the commitment to developing talent within the organization.

Barts Electric takes this opportunity to extend an invitation to electricians and those aspiring to become electricians. The company is always on the lookout for new electrical apprentices and experienced journeymen to join its growing family.

Looking Ahead: A Bright Future with Barts Electric

As the video concludes, the focus shifts to the next generation of Barts Electric, represented by little Spencer, who is anticipated to follow in his father’s footsteps. The boat ride, with five Palmers and potentially more in the future, symbolizes the continuity and growth of the Barts Electric legacy.

In summary, Barts Electric’s 30th-anniversary celebration is not just a milestone in years but a testament to the enduring values of family, collaboration, and excellence. The company invites electricians and aspiring professionals to join its thriving community and be a part of the next 30 years of success in electrical construction. If you are passionate about electrical work and seeking a supportive and dynamic environment, consider Barts Electric โ€“ where careers are built, and legacies are continued.
