Journeyman test, boys. That’s the goal. You need to knock that sucker out, right? What do you guys feel about your class and each other? They were kicking ass. You guys think that you’re better than you are, but I mean, look at the camaraderie. You guys all have a relationship.

Well, we definitely weren’t as close the first two years. Yes, six really stuck together. That’s the way we built when we started this company. Initially, it was four people, then two more, and finally, six people who really stuck together. Everybody in the company who are leaders were in your spot, and the company helped them get to the next level. I mentioned this earlier: our competition puts a seedling on you and says, “I want you to fill this spot.” They don’t ever have any goals for you past that spot.
