Building Strong Connections – On and Off the Job

In a recent company gathering, the spirit of community was evident. Employees, their families, and friends came together for a fun-filled evening at a local sports event. The excitement of the night was palpable, from cheering on employees racing as mustard, ketchup, and relish, to a memorable moment when Franklin, one of the team members, threw the first pitch of the game.

These events are more than just entertainment; they represent the deep bonds formed at Barts Electric. Our team members aren’t just colleagues—they’re family. We take pride in seeing families grow and watching employees who have been with us for over 30 years bring their grown children and even grandchildren to company events.

A Culture of Growth and Opportunity

Barts Electric isn’t just about creating lasting memories off the job site. We’re also committed to the growth and development of our team members. We are always hiring new electrical apprentices and experienced journeymen. What do you love about nights like this?

Oh, I love it! I love getting the team together.

How about you? You must support your local Monarchs, as they say.

I love watching all the families grow. I love to see the fathers interact with their spouses and their children. Franklin’s going to throw the first pitch. They asked me to do it, but it’s even better to give Franklin a once-in-a-lifetime chance to throw the first pitch of the game. So, we’ll get that done.

Exciting things are happening this evening.

Yeah, big exciting things! We’ve got a few of the employees who are going to be out here running in the mustard, ketchup, and relish race, so that’s big. And then Tina, out of our County department, is going to sing during the seventh-inning stretch. But it’s just good to see everybody here, relaxed, and watch them grow.

Some of these people here, I knew over 30 years ago. Now they’re here with their grown families and grandkids, so that’s pretty cool to see.
