Our motto here is: “We build people.” Where did you feel built this morning by us? I didn’t bring a pen; I didn’t even know to bring a pen. So, he let me use this pen. He was showing me how to use the marking and the formula to do the 90° bend, and it felt empowering. It took some time, but yeah, David, where were you built at today?

“Oh, just about these guys coming in every time. Every time these kids come in, it’s an opportunity for me, David. Do we build people better now or when you started?”

“Every opportunity we get, we do a better job. We get that opportunity. I get that opportunity a lot to be better. Sometimes for me, I learn patience every day.”
