They genuinely care about you and want to help whenever needed. That’s what made me want to work at Barts Electric. It feels amazing; I enjoy this type of work.

In my last job, I wasn’t really happy. I knew something like this is what I would love. It feels like I’m just doing a hobby, not a job. So, I’ve never really been a physical worker; I’ve been more of a mental worker. Here, you have to find the right mixture. My goal is to get the right balance of mental and physical work.

We have an instructor to teach us everything. He taught us how to bend pipe and how to be safe. In my last job, they didn’t really care; it was more like, “Hey, do this.”
