All right, we just had a bell ringing, and the bell ringing is every time we get a job. We ring the bell; we do this every Friday when we close a job. We ring the bell, and we get the team together. But this has many byproducts; one of them is that we get together as a family. We have camaraderie, and we get to introduce a new employee. We also get to see each other.

Our goal right now is to sell $120 million worth of work to have a three-year solid backlog. We’re all working together as a team, and we’re killing it right now. We’ve sold over $30 million worth of work in 60 days, and everything is going tremendous at the moment. So, we are excited about this.

Every Friday in the shop, we have ice cream, and if we sell work that week, we all go home at two o’clock. So, we’re all shooting to go home early every Friday. Everybody’s gonna come if I ring the bell.
