All my work is out of town and Out West, so I’ve got a good two hours before the phone starts ringing off the hook. So, I can get caught up on my emails. Then, you know, there are meetings, teams meetings, and things like that. There’s a lot of numbers involved, but probably a majority of it really revolves around Manpower. That’s where you’re really going to gain ground on a project, and it’s the highest variable.

Yeah, it’s a balancing act between schedule and Manpower, finding out and knowing what they need. Making sure that they have it ahead of when they’re going to need it for the schedule to meet that schedule. Okay, so that scheduled part is where you’re coordinating with the general contractor. Then, making sure you’ve got the appropriate Manpower on the project, particularly with the out-of-town projects. Ensuring the materials are available – we’re working luckily.

We’re very fortunate that we have a lot of Partners Electric supply house partners that are nationwide. So, we have avenues that way, but there are times when we have to get involved and build a relationship with a local supply house as well.
