We’re headed to Colby, Kansas. We’ve got a big hospital job. We’re intervening for there, but really, hopefully, we’re closing it. Yeah, doing good. Yeah, yeah. What are you most excited about?

Well, honestly, I’m just, I’m still in my first year here. Part of the reason that this is so important right now, if you guys remember the two things, you were the two things I said I wanted to accomplish in those meetings when I got you guys all together. What we wanted accomplished? Unity. Unity, that’s right. One of them is.

Our culture, and we really want the culture and the unity and the service department to keep the whole cup. It’s not us against you, or this is your department. I was telling the guys the other day about the department. You guys should be known as the Navy Seals. As far as you guys are the first ones in, you’re the technical guys that are figuring out the hard stuff, your great training ground. You can throw a guy in your van with you, teach him really quick. So there’s a lot of great things from that. I think if we, as we put that together and set those goals as a service department, it’s going to make it you guys a really strong part of the company. Where people don’t see it’s us against you. It’s, I was trained from the service department. Those guys are outstanding. And so, you know, ever since that first meeting, whenever I see somebody that I don’t recognize, so I pretty much know they’re on the con side, man, you pass them, man. They’re just waving at you and everything. I mean, everybody is going out.

Of their way, and it does, it feels good. Yeah, cool. You guys have a great day. We’re on a tight schedule along with you guys.
