So, all the people I’ve worked with that are above me have been helpful. They’ll get me more involved with the prints, even if they don’t know. They’ll still sit down and teach me what they know and just pass it on over to me. The same thing goes with red hats; whatever I learn eventually gets passed over to them.

I’ve worked for Barts Electric for roughly five years. It’s been good. Looking back when I first started, I’ve learned so much. I came in here with somewhat of an idea but not really knowing how to bend pipe or make it look nice and neat. So, yeah.

I don’t really hang out with people from work, but we text and stuff. I mean, we’re closer. It’s not just work; I work because it’s a good environment. Everyone’s nice; no one’s really being negative towards each other. It’s always nothing but positivity.
