So yesterday, when I was listening to the message by Bart, I picked up on the fact that he has an open-door policy. I enjoy that very much because, as an apprentice just starting out, having the owner of the company at the top, you might not feel that you have the opportunity or the experience to talk to someone at such a high position. However, Bart makes it really approachable for apprentices like me to talk to him whenever I want. If I have a problem, I can go to him; if I have a question, I can go to him. I can do that any time of the day, and I just like that.
