Tell us a little bit about what’s going on and who you got here working with you, all right? We’re on the second floor of the ISF project. We’re just now getting started roughing in the end wall. I got two really good first-year apprentices that came out here to help me. They’re trying to work out and lay some of their pipe work. You know it’s good quality, and I trust them to be up here without me watching over them 100%. I got to keep the first floor going. You came out here to work at the shopping center over here and then ended up finishing up your apprenticeship over there, becoming a journeyman. Now you’re coming over here, and you’re just right here, man, leading on the project.

Tell me a little bit about all you’ve learned going from that project to this one, core job. I’m sure most people can agree with me on that core jobs are completely different animals. There’s a whole lot of rules over there that you follow as an electrician, but there’s a lot more that you have to follow over here just because of the core. I’ve learned a lot from Japan, a lot, and he’s really turned me into the person I am today, the electrician I am today. But as far as the journeyman thing goes, you know, he’s… I’ve learned a lot over the years from everyone at this company. It wasn’t just a single person, you know, starting out as a lower apprentice to a journeyman. Now I always listen to what everybody’s got to say, and I find the best way to do it for the situation and myself.

You’ve done an outstanding job, and you’ve stepped up after me because a leader here at Barts Electric. So, we appreciate it. Thank you.
