Here at Barts Electric, we have an instructor to teach us everything. He taught us how to bend pipe and how to be safe. In my last job, they didn’t really care; they were just like, “Hey, do this.” It’s pretty tight-knit here; everyone’s like a brother. If you’re having an issue with something, you can go ask someone, and they’ll know and help you out with it.

First and foremost, I want to come home the same way I got hereโ€”safe, with all my fingers and both good eyes. Nobody gets hurt. Safety is number one. For you guys, it may seem like a nuisance, but it’s crucial that you are safe up there and know what you’re tied off on.
