The challenge with this job is that there are so many PRs, so many changes being made. It’s almost design-build at this point. We’re trying to track what’s changed, what we’re supposed to build off of, what’s correct. That’s been the challenging part so far, but we’re able to at least pull forward with what we can right now and what we do know. We keep track of the changes as they come. I think it’s been great.

Brian Lynn, he’s my PM. He’s the one who brought me on with Barts Electric, and he’s been a great support. He’s a great mentor, always there when I have a question. This goes for the whole senior support team or even contacting other PMs. They’ve been a help, giving advice on what’s the best way to do this or what not to do. I’ve felt a lot of support so far.
