Do you think this is the job you’re going to stay with long term? I would love to. Okay, I’d love to bust my butt for this every day. Tell us what you’ve learned so far about a merit shop. What you put in is what you get out. And is that different than what you’ve seen in the past? You know, if I work my butt off, I’m going to get what I should get in return. Because if I slack off, I’m not going to get anything, and that’s probably what I deserve. Yeah, slacked off, fair enough.

So, you look at me, and you’ve had four conversations so far in two weeks. Basically, I have 250 some employees. That’s pretty hard to do, isn’t it? And that’s a little tough. Yeah, and so if you look at that, what I’m doing is I’m putting the wood in the stove, right? I’m going the extra mile to get to know you, to encourage you that, “Hey, this is the right career for you. This is going to be good for you.” You’ve got a little financial investment in it, but this is good for you. We believe in you, and we care about you. You’re not a number to us. When you come in this door, you’re as important as everybody in the company. Everyone is equally important. Every employee is equal. The difference is, what are you going to do to perform to where you can get more money, more opportunities, and grow? You’ve done that back here to where now you’re training other people. That’s pretty impressive.

Well, good. Anything else you want to add? When you say it’s kind of like a family, it really is. It feels that way. We lift each other up. Good. Congratulations. Thank you
