We have a good team here. A lot of new guys, at least six or seven first-year apprentices. We also have a handful of guys still within their 90 days right now. It’s nice to see these guys grow and become part of the team. We have startup meetings and cool-down meetings at the end of the day. We go over everybody’s day, discussing struggles, triumphs, and overall experiences.

It’s nice just doing things the Barts Electric way, building each other up. With the team we have here, as a leader, I enjoy seeing the effort I’m putting in and witnessing these guys demonstrate what I’ve taught them. It’s fulfilling to have conversations where they share their successes, saying, “I did this, and it worked out.”
