“The thing I love about my job the most is probably all the people I get to work with—the new faces. I feel like it’s important as we get older; that’s how you grow relationships, through work,” says Alexis.

“A day at Barts for me involves a lot of organization for our department. I handle invoice approvals, purchase orders for low voltage, and ensure that our team’s time is accurately tracked. Additionally, I schedule hotel stays, flight arrangements, and car rentals for our team members,” explains Alexis.

So I am a low voltage administrative assistant, so, aka, pretty much a project manager assistant for Chris Brown in our low voltage. It’s up and coming, so it’s been great working with all the guys in my department. So far, we’ve created a family feel here at Barts Electric.

A day here at Barts Electric for me is, I do a lot of organization for our department. I handle the invoice approvals, purchase orders for low voltage, and ensure all our guys in our department’s time is turned in. I also handle their per diems and expense reports, any reimbursements. I also schedule their hotel stay, their flight stay, their car rentals.

So, I do a little bit of everything.
